Greg McMahon, McMahon LaRue, for Griff and Christine Owen, 4135 Clover Street, Honeoye Falls, for one preliminary site plan approval with administrative resubdivision of 3-lots, for 86.887 acres, located on the south side of Sheldon Road, 880 feet west of Clover Street. Zoned RA-5 and RA-2.  Tax account no.  203-4-1-16.11 and 203.04-16.11 and 203.4-1-5.1.

 

MENDON 64 SIGN AREA VARIANCE DISCUSSION

David Stott, 75 Langpap Road, Honeoye Falls, has an application before the ZBA for an area variance to install a second wall sign on the north side of the structure, located at 1369 Pittsford Mendon Road, Mendon, whereas one wall sign is allowed per occupied space frontage.

 

2 PARTRIDGE HOLLOW CONSERVATION RESTRICTION DISCUSSION

Discussion of possible amendment to Conservation Restriction at said location.

 

Approve minutes of May 10, 2017 meeting.
