BOB BIGELOW
Bob Bigelow, co-author of Just Let the Kids Play, speaks often about improving a youths sports experience. Bob, a former NBA player, devotes his time researching and lecturing about organized youth sports and the impact on children - and adults. Bob is one of the foremost youth sports speakers in the country, and has been named one of the “100 Most Influential Sports Educators” by the Institute for International Sport at the University of Rhode Island. PARKS


MENDON PONDS PARK... Mendon is home to Monroe County's largest park.
Mendon Ponds Park is located in the Northwestern portion of the town, and offers seasonal activities year-round.

FALLS OVERLOOK... Not an official park, the Falls Overlook located on the West Main Street side of Honeoye Creek at the Town Hall, is a great place to look, listen and relax to the ever changing sounds sights of the upper falls

SEMMEL ROAD PARK... Located on Semmel Road between Quaker Meeting House Road and Chaimberlain Road, this park offers; Tennis, Basketball, Baseball, Hiking, Ice Skating and childrens play equipment

GREAT BEND PARK... Still in the planning stages, Great Bend Park will be located along Honeoye Creek at the Great Bend West of Clover Street, North of Sibley Road South of Junction Road and East of Plains Road

HARRY ALLEN PARK... Owned and operated by the Village of Honeoye Falls, Harry Allen Park offers; Basketball, Childrens Play Equipment, and seasonally offers Live concerts and shows, Movies, Period School House Activities and is Home to the Honeoye Falls Historical Society.

MONROE STREET PARK... Owned and operated by the Village of Honeoye Falls, Monroe Street Park offers; Picnicing, Skateboarding, Soccer, Baseball and Trails
